Photo Inventory

The ESGUSA project is looking at the Enhancing Sustainable Groundwater Use across the African continent. In many areas the formal water supply sources such as dams and rivers have been overexploited or are ephemeral meaning that the best alternative options to supply are often groundwater. However this resource needs to be extracted in a sustainable manner to prevent over exploitation. Here are some pictures of the work being done in South Africa
